The form can include a name, but it is not required. Only the e-mail is. If you have integration to Drip, Mailchimp, or Campaign Monitor, you can have the signup subscribe afterward.

The last part of the flow is the success flow. Here you can customize everything or use one of our premade templates. If you like, you can add the discount code if your campaign has one, so you don´t need to e-mail the user afterward. If not, you can integrate the campaign into your Mailchimp, Drip, and Campaign Monitor account and make an automation flow or a welcome campaign e-mail.
