Terms and Agreement
The following terms and conditions of use and utilization apply to Enrichigo’s website and services (hereafter referred to as the “Service”). By accepting the terms and conditions below (hereafter referred to as the “Agreement”) and/or utilizing the Service, you declare that you accept being bound by all terms and conditions.
Enrichigo is owned by Sampedro ApS (hereafter referred to as the “Enrichigo”). Informations about Sampedro ApS : Adelgade 87, 8660 Skanderborg, Denmark, CVR: 40342079.
Prices and fees
At Enrichigo, a range of subscriptions can be purchased. Payment can be either monthly or annually. We do not refund the amount. All of our subscriptions are automatically renewed. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so in your dashboard or contact us at mail@enrichigo.com. All our prices are based on the total count of views/sessions in the given subscription plan. When you have used 100% of the views/sessions, your campaigns will not be active on your website. To have them active again, you need to upgrade your subscription plan. We do not downgrade or upgrade based on your views/sessions. This is only done by yourself. If you cancel your subscription plan, we do not refund any amount. We hold the right to change any subscription plans/prices at 14 days’ notice. All downgrades and upgrades take effect after you have ordered them.
We offer a free trial period for our subscriptions. Once this trial period is over, you accept to pay the applicable fee or stop using the Service. All prices on the Service are exclusive of 25% Danish VAT. Pay attention to VAT. VAT applies within the EU. If you still need to get a VAT number or a CVR number that is not VAT registered, please be aware that you will receive all orders, including VAT, from Enrichigo.
Indemnification/liability/warranty
By accepting this Agreement, you agree to assume responsibility for defending, indemnifying, and holding harmless Enrichigo and those affiliated with Enrichigo, including its employees, agents, licensors, and contractors, from any third-party lawsuits, claims, actions, or proceedings that may arise from your use of the Service. This includes covering any expenses related to attorney fees.
Enrichigo and its contractors shall bear no responsibility for any guarantees or liabilities of any sort, consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data collected with the Service, whether expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability, non-infringement, and without restriction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of liability. In these conditions, the claim cannot exceed the last 12 months of paid subscription with Enrichigo.
Responsibility
When you create an account with Enrichigo, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide us is correct. This information is given in our registration form and includes “Company”, “Domain”, “Full Name”, “Email”, “Password”, and “Consent”. You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and secure. If you become aware that your information has been leaked, you must contact us immediately. You allow Enrichigo to use your company logo and name on the Service and marketing materials. You are solely responsible for the use of the Service and all activities that occur under your account. Enrichigo uses 3 part services such as Unsplash for images. Please read the terms on Unsplash as the use of images by Unsplash is on your own responsibility. Enrichigo cannot be responsible for any sort of consequence with the use of images from Unsplash. You must contact Enrichigo in writing before transferring or assigning any of your rights under the Agreement to 3 parts.
Service levels
Enrichigo does not guarantee that the Service is always up and running. If errors occur, the Service may be down for a period. We will do our best to get it to work again as fast as possible.
Proprietary Rights Notice
The Service, including any content on the Service, is the exclusive property of Enrichigo. If you have any feedback or ideas for new features, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at mail@enrichigo.com.
Termination
You can terminate your subscription at any time with one month’s notice before the end of the current payment period. Please note that subscriptions are non-refundable.
Enrichigo reserves the right to cancel your subscription without notice if your account uses content that is not legal under these terms and conditions of Enrichigo. In these cases, you will be using links to your website or 3 parties not included in your active subscription to spread hateful content in case of copyright infringement or if you otherwise violate these terms and agreements.
Security and privacy
Your account information, email, and password are stored securely on our servers. We encourage you to use unique passwords for all services you access on the Internet. In the event of a data breach, we will contact you immediately.
Communication
You also consent for Enrichigo to contact you with marketing, support, and features by phone and email with the information you provided in your creation.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This contract is subject to Danish law. Danish law, rules, and regulations are governed by any conflict of any kind related to laws.
